Family & Fun

January has been fabulously busy and fun.
First weekend of the month: cabin trip with my family = laughter, fun, a great run with Korryn, Kerri & Kelsey. Not much snow, but enough for the kids to get their fill of sledding.
Early mid January: a trip to the Museum of Flight = lots of room to run, explore & experience new things for two busy kids.
A totally goofy Kathryn picture thrown in for fun = a smile. She chose her outfit for the day and proclaimed, "I'm exercising Mama!"
Later mid January: SNOW = no work for Paul, (for me either, but I was scheduled off those two days anyway) outdoor snow play and some long hours inside when one of my two was, "I'm cooooollllllldddddd Mama - I wanna good insiiiiddddeeeee!" after outside for maybe 15 minutes. But got good pictures in the brief outdoor time.
January 22: SNOWSHOEING! = aka Mommy's day off. What a blast. Beyond gorgeous scenery. Great snow, a great outlet for built up Mommy stress. I loved every minute of it.
