Why it is?

 Oh my Ryan.
Ryan has decided to revisit his the part of a boy that asks many many many questions.  "Mom!  Look, a dump truck!"  Yes, Ryan a dump truck.  It's a must to respond with some effort, otherwise the voice gets louder and more insistent that he is heard.  "Where is it going Mom?"  Oh, I don't know, maybe a construction site.  "Why it is?"  That last question is the question he ends pretty much every conversation with.  And most conversations go as that one did.  Why is the sky blue?  You give some answer.  "Why it is?"  Question after question. What cracks me up is he totally knows when I have had enough.  I can say, RYAN!  And he'll follow with, "Enough questions, huh?"    LOVE LOVE LOVE this phase, despite that I can't ever seem to answer the questions correctly, or well enough.  To him, the world is just one cool, exciting, fun filled place.

 Easter.
Fabulous, warm, sunny weather. What a day. This year the Easter Bunny and the Easter Beagle visited.  The Bunny leaves baskets in the house and later in the day the Beagle hides eggs outside.  You know you're old when you help said Easter Beagle hide the eggs. Count the eggs so none get missed and then forget where some are hidden when the count doesn't come out right.  Ryan found the missing one, later that day.  In the down spout!

Exactly one week after Easter the weather was polar opposite. It rained ALL day.
The neighbors are putting up a play structure and despite the soggy weather the kids wanted to play outside in the puddles & watch the construction.  The pictures below say it all.
It was a strip your clothes off outside and head straight to the shower kind of day!
